The Stakeholder Map is the realistic analysis of the human ecosystem of the Argentina to the World project. It documents by name, category and relationship strategy all the actors that orbit around the ecosystem — those who naturally add, those who facilitate the operation, those who remain neutral and also those who position themselves as potential detractors.
Honesty about the human ecosystem is a distinctive feature of the document. Most institutional projects publish conciliatory stakeholder maps, in which "everyone is an ally". That communicationally correct register is analytically useless. No project of federal, patrimonial and international projection scale lacks potential detractors — and the explicit recognition of that reality is the basis of an adult relational strategy.
The Map operates under the logic of reciprocity and respect. No category implies confrontation by default nor automatic alliance. Each actor is evaluated by their verifiable history, their declared bond with the ESG dimensions and their operational compatibility with the thirteen ethical principles of the Preamble.
I · Natural allies. Actors whose purpose, history and practice coincide with the Only ADD equation of the Preamble. Generational producer families, indigenous peoples communities under ILO Convention 169, chefs and hoteliers of the trade, heritage bodies, serious sustainability NGOs, and editorial publications of rigor. The relationship is one of genuine reciprocity.
II · Facilitating actors. Institutional actors who, without being allies by identity, facilitate the operation of the ecosystem by function or by regulatory framework. Provincial ministries, tourism entities, sectoral chambers, certification bodies (Rainforest Alliance, organics), academic institutions. The relationship is one of functional cooperation under explicit rules.
III · Neutral actors strategically surveyed. Actors who today operate neither for nor against the ecosystem but whose future movement may be relevant — public sector of other levels, generalist press, international commercial counterparts, potential competitors in the country-promotion segment. The relationship is one of strategic observation.
IV · Potential detractors. Actors whose structural interest may oppose that of the ecosystem due to incompatibility with the ESG dimensions or the ethical principles of the Preamble — specifically, contemporary extractive industries, communication agents operating on extremism, and commercial competitors operating under logics foreign to the aligned international standards. The relationship is one of explicit recognition, without sterile confrontation but without ambiguity of purpose.

The complete Stakeholder Map document details, for each of the four categories, the nominal list of actors identified by region and by level, with their declared bond, their verifiable history in ESG dimensions and their relationship strategy projected by the ecosystem.
It contains: nominal cartography per category, strategic relationship matrix actor by actor, engagement protocol under ILO Convention 169 with indigenous peoples communities, documented history per actor when applicable, and periodic update of the map according to the evolution of the ecosystem.
Access to the complete document is under Confidentiality Agreement (Level 3 · NDA). The level of reserve is maximum due to the sensitivity of explicitly naming actors in categories III and IV. It is intended exclusively for serious evaluators who require relational risk documentation for formal due diligence — impact funds, multilateral organizations with social risk analysis requirements, and senior-level ESG auditors. Access implies commitment of absolute reserve on the nominal content.

The Stakeholder Map is the relational analysis tool of the Argentina to the World ecosystem. It recognizes with strategic adulthood that a project of federal, patrimonial and international projection scale interacts with a complex human ecosystem — and that honesty about that complexity is the only defensible basis of a serious institutional engagement strategy.
