The founding equation of the project
«In a world with too many who subtract, divide or multiply badly, the single equation that governs Argentina to the World is that of adding. Always. With everyone. To the whole world.»
This document is not an institutional appendix nor a diplomatic declaration of intent. It is the moral compass of the Argentina to the World ecosystem. It is the governing text from which all operational policies, all strategic decisions and all ties —present and future— of the project are read. Nothing that the ecosystem does, says or promises can be detached from what is declared here.
Argentina to the World has been built over nearly a decade of continuous work, with private capital, without state subsidies or considerations, without ideological conditioning, without party dependence. That independence is not an accessory fact: it is the ground on which the given word rests. A project that aspires to project the identity of a country to the entire world can only do so from a free place. And that freedom is paid for with coherence sustained over time.
The Preamble declares three things in a single movement: the founding equation that orders the conduct of the project, the thirteen ethical principles that constitute its individual, familial and corporate DNA, and the operational application that makes this manifesto a concrete practice and not a decorative slogan. Each of the pillars of the ecosystem —Argentine Delights, Guía AD-Gourmet, Explora Nuestras Provincias y sus Riquezas, App Chefs Argentinos al Mundo— is a material manifestation of what is established here.
In elementary mathematics there are four basic operations and each has its correlate in human conduct and in social construction. There are those who subtract from collective well-being — who snatch, impoverish, undermine what has been built by others. There are those who divide — who fragment communities, separate what should be together, oppose interests that should be complementary. There are those who multiply badly — who amplify harms, propagate prejudices, scale harmful practices.
The single equation that governs the Argentina to the World ecosystem, applied as base rule and sustained throughout the ten years of the project's development and the entire life trajectory of its founders, is the equation of adding. Adding people, adding territories, adding voices, adding cultures, adding trades, adding traditions, adding generations, adding countries when the project is replicated. Adding without excluding, without conditioning, without demanding identity renunciations from those who join.
The equation has a practical consequence: the ecosystem does not ask anyone to renounce who they are in order to participate. The project's curation does not expel by origin, condition, ideology, creed, orientation, age or social hierarchy. The only requirement is excellence of trade in the corresponding pillar —generational producer family, professional chef, provincial heritage, institutional alliance— and the will to add under the same ethical principles that govern the entire ecosystem.
«Adding without excluding. Adding without conditioning. Adding without demanding renunciations.»
That observable conduct coincides with public discourse. The coherence between what is declared and what is practiced is the basis on which all institutional credibility is built. A project that promises to promote and does not promote, that declares federalism and operates from a single city, that says add and in practice subtracts, dissolves by its own contradiction.
Without privileges or discriminations. The family producer of a peripheral province and the acclaimed chef of the capital receive the same treatment, the same respect and the same editorial care. The scale of the interlocutor does not alter the quality of the bond.
Without hierarchical distinctions based on origin, condition or position. The equation of adding is incompatible with any logic of ontological superiority of some over others. Curation recognizes the trade; it does not rank people.
By sex, age, religion, social condition, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other dimension of human diversity. The ecosystem is explicitly inclusive in its design and in its daily practice.
Others by dimensions that exceed the operational scope of the bond with AAM. What an actor of the ecosystem thinks, believes, votes or practices in their private life is not under the project's jurisdiction. The project evaluates the trade and coherence with the manifesto; it does not invade anyone's private life.
And not the other way around. The opposite logic —maximizing one's own well-being at the expense of others'— is antithetical to the project. An ecosystem only sustains its equation of addition if its actors do not play a zero-sum game among themselves.
Without cynicism, without distance, without instrumental treatment of people. No interlocutor of the ecosystem is a resource, a contact, a lead or a target. They are a human being in a serious institutional bond.
Even in dissent. Operational, technical or strategic dissent is resolved with argument; never with personal disqualification. The quality of the bond is preserved even when paths do not coincide.
And that it does not belong to us. We are guests, not owners. This conviction has practical consequences on how the ecosystem thinks about its environmental policies, its relationship with future generations and its bond with the territory.
With the responsibility that it can host future generations with the same dignity and possibility as ours. Care for the planet is not a marketing banner but a real constraint on the productive, logistical and operational decisions of the ecosystem.
Toward individual and collective freedom. An actor of the ecosystem who is educated, informed and with their own criteria is freer than one dependent on others to think of themselves. The project invests in knowledge as a lever for emancipation.
As non-negotiable values. The ecosystem does not require its actors to adhere to any ideological, religious or political orthodoxy. The only common ground is the ethical manifesto of the Preamble.
Of any point of view — religious, political, cultural, economic, ideological. The project rejects extremism as a way of life and as a public practice. The equation of adding is incompatible with the logic of the internal enemy, the heretic or the pariah.
The manifesto does not live in the abstract. Each principle materializes in observable decisions of the ecosystem. The equation of adding is manifested in the One More Plate mechanism —the chef who feeds double— and in the structural policy of zero cost for all actors who contribute DNA to the project: producer families, chefs, provinces, communities. The principle of non-discrimination translates into the effective composition of the human base of the ecosystem —60% women in the productive base, 40% in professional chefs, curated presence of young cooks from indigenous peoples— and into the demand for territorial proportionality in gastronomic and heritage curation.
The principle of care for the planet materializes in the production of Argentine Delights between 65% and 70% at origin, with an approximately 50% reduction in logistical footprint compared to centralized models, and in the double organic certification plus Rainforest Alliance of the anchor product. The principle of freedom of expression and worship is sustained in the explicit policy of partisan, confessional and ideological independence of the ecosystem, verifiable by the absence of state subsidies, conditioned loans and electoral commitments during the ten years of construction of the project.
Each of the four pillars of the ecosystem —Argentine Delights, Guía AD-Gourmet, Explora Nuestras Provincias y sus Riquezas, App Chefs Argentinos al Mundo— is an operational translation of the Preamble. The eight technical documents that make up the SDGs and ESG Corpus of the ecosystem are the engineering through which this manifesto is made verifiable, auditable and replicable over time. The Preamble is the compass. The Corpus is the instrumentation. The given word is the bond that keeps both aligned.
«AAM comes to add. Not to judge, not to divide, not to subtract.»
Argentina to the World has been built over nearly a decade under the single equation of adding. Its vocation is to continue under the same equation for the coming decades, in its Argentine national deployment and in its selective international replication to other countries of the planet that share the aspiration to project their cultural, productive and human identity to the entire world. This Preamble is the given word, in the present, about what the project is and about what it commits to continue being.
