Integral sustainable management framework
«Sustainability is not declared in a paragraph of the annual report. It is practiced in the bamboo tray, in the producer family's olive grove, in the advisory council and in the verifiable balance.»
The ESG Matrix is the integral sustainable management framework of the Argentina to the World ecosystem. It orders the entire operation of the project under three internationally recognized dimensions —Environmental, Social, Governance— applied in a transversal manner to the four operational pillars.
The Matrix is aligned with the four international reference standards of the segment: GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), ISSB (IFRS Foundation International Sustainability Standards Board), IRIS+ (Global Impact Investing Network) and ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards). This alignment is not decorative: each ESG indicator of the ecosystem is reported according to the nomenclature and metrics of the standards that correspond to it.
The framework closes the usual gap between ESG discourse and ESG practice. In the Argentina to the World ecosystem, the three ESG dimensions are not a chapter of the annual report — they are the daily operational architecture of the four pillars.
GRI · Global Reporting Initiative. The most widely used sustainability reporting framework in the world. Structures the ecosystem's ESG communication in the vocabulary recognized by investment funds, multilateral organizations, auditors and NGOs of global reference.
ISSB · International Sustainability Standards Board. Emanating from the IFRS Foundation. Post-2023 reference standard for financial sustainability reporting. Orders the ecosystem's climate risk and transition dimension in the terms that the international financial community requires from this decade onwards.
IRIS+ · Global Impact Investing Network. Standard of the impact investing segment. Translates the ecosystem's social and environmental effects into indicators comparable between impact projects worldwide.
ESRS · European Sustainability Reporting Standards. European regulation post-CSRD. Advance preparation of the ecosystem to operate commercially with European counterparts —the international luxury hospitality segment is concentrated in Europe, and operates under this regulation.
«Four international standards. Four aligned pillars. A single global language.»
The complete ESG Matrix document details the application of the three dimensions (Environmental, Social, Governance) to each of the four operational pillars of the ecosystem, with measurable and reportable indicators under each of the four aligned international standards.
It contains: ESG materiality matrix of the ecosystem, key indicators per pillar, mapping of indicators to international standards, update policy, Matrix governance, annual reporting cycle and projected external audit protocol.
Access to the complete document is under Institutional Note (Level 2). It is intended for investment funds, multilateral organizations, impact evaluators, ESG research academic entities, and commercial counterparts of the international luxury hospitality segment that require standard due diligence documentation.
«ESG in practice, not ESG in the paragraph of the annual report.»
The ESG Matrix is the management framework that makes the ethical commitment of the Preamble a verifiable, auditable and reportable operation in international vocabulary. It aligns the ecosystem with four global standards, orders daily practice under the three consecrated dimensions, and establishes the annual update cycle that allows the temporal continuity of the framework.
