The Governance Policies Compendium establishes the institutional architecture of the Argentina to the World ecosystem. It is the set of five governing frameworks that order the project's operational conduct, the relationship with third parties and the institutional predictability necessary to operate under international standards of accountability.
The five frameworks are not a decorative exercise. Each responds to a concrete and verifiable need of the ecosystem: the Code of Conduct orders daily practice under the thirteen principles of the Preamble; the Conflict of Interest Policy prevents contamination of decisions; the Data Policy protects the sensitive information of ecosystem actors; the Advisory Board consolidates expert judgment in strategic decisions; and the Engagement with Indigenous Peoples orders the bond under ILO Convention 169.
The five frameworks currently operate in institutional working version — under effective application but pending refinement with external legal advisory. The definitive formalization of the Compendium is projected for the second half of 2027, at which point it will be public in its entirety.
I · Code of Conduct. Translates the thirteen ethical principles of the Preamble into operational norms of expected conduct of any person linked to the ecosystem — internally, in the relationship with external actors, and in public communication. It is the most transversal framework.
II · Conflict of Interest Policy. Regulates the ecosystem's relationship with suppliers, institutional allies, commercial counterparts and public actors. Prevents contamination of editorial or commercial decisions by undeclared bonds. Establishes the mandatory declaration protocol.
III · Data Policy. Orders the protection of sensitive information of producer families, chefs, hoteliers, guides, adherent provinces and users of the App AAM. Establishes the retention policy, selective assignment, informed consent and response to breaches.
IV · Advisory Board. Structures the consultative body of the ecosystem, with advisory roles in strategic, gastronomic, heritage, ESG and AI-native dimensions. Institutional formalization projected for the second half of 2027.
V · Engagement with Indigenous Peoples (ILO Convention 169). Orders the ecosystem's bond with Argentine indigenous communities under the framework of ILO Convention 169, including free, prior and informed consent (FPIC), benefit sharing and cultural reciprocity.

The complete Governance Policies Compendium document details the five governing frameworks with their current operational text, their application protocols, their exception mechanisms, the relationship between frameworks and the projection of definitive institutional formalization for the second half of 2027.
It contains: operational text of the five frameworks, application protocols per framework, exception matrix and escalation procedure, Advisory Board roles per dimension, ILO Convention 169 application protocol, legal refinement calendar, and roadmap toward the S2 2027 formalization.
